Word to Dana

I have to end this. It's time for another. The time of distraction and fun have ended, now the shadows of the trees hide our faces once again. The night falls upon us once again, we view the shining full Moon on the sky, blessing our hearts, cleaning our minds, closing our souls and charging us with pleasure. It's our turn to lay down to die, as we once fought one day and lived to our final embrace. Our strength, our courage, all begins, all ends and time passes us by as we live pulled by the puppet strings on the hands of your evil lord. What have we learned?
What have we gained from the constant wars? We dig our graves and bury the souls beneath the sands of time, guilt for our conscience. The chords of your patience have been broken by the seduction of the unfaithful. We keep the locks to our hearts hidden in the obscurity of our rooms, we won't ever let the light enter and breath the fresh air to purify. We enjoy the silence in the most pure darkness of the night, regret the words never said. We watch the thin ice above us melt and turn into rain that is burning in our skins. Mostly dead, we continue to walk among you.
Never knew what the soul had hidden from me all these years but in you I found myself. Not much has changed, not much is going to end. And, as I continue sitting here, tears want to fall but they don't exist. I won't save myself, it isn't needed. I will wait for you for eternity, around this fire where everyone is naked and enjoying, the same place where our eyes met for the first time. We won't end, we will survive, as you did all these years.
